How Do I Check the Availability of an Item?
All items that are available to order on our website (unless stated as ‘Pre-Order’) are in stock and available to dispatch within 2 working days. If an item is out of stock, it will be stated as ‘Out of Stock’ on the product page.

Can I Add to an Existing Order?
No, once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot change it. If you would like to purchase additional items, please place another order on the website or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we can include your new order in the same shipment, we will be happy to refund the shipping costs of one order for UK mainland orders within 2 working days.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours of purchase.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped if you have checked out with an email address on account.
Once your order has been shipped, orders within the UK usually arrive within 2-3 working days. International orders can take up to 28 working days, however parcels are often delivered within 1 week to Europe and 2 weeks for the Rest of the World. Please allow adequate time before contacting us about your parcel whereabouts.
How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you have chosen.
Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. You can also login at any time to see the status of your order.
